Why Test Your Biological Age?

Because unlike your genes, your epigenetics can change — and that makes them actionable

Your Epigenetics Respond to Action

Diet, exercise, sleep, supplements — they all leave measurable marks on your DNA methylation. Epigenetic testing captures what's actually changing at the molecular level.

Understand What to Do Next

A number alone isn't enough. Our platform connects your results to curated evidence on treatments, biomarkers, and lifestyle interventions — so you know what's worth trying.

See If It's Working

Repeat testing shows whether your changes are making a real difference. Track your biological age over time and adjust your approach based on data, not guesswork.

Simple At-Home Testing

What is biological age?
Biological age reflects how old your body actually is at a cellular level, based on biomarkers like DNA methylation patterns. Unlike chronological age (years since birth), biological age can be influenced by lifestyle, environment, and genetics. Two people of the same chronological age can have very different biological ages.
How is the test performed?
Our at-home collection kit uses a simple finger-prick blood sample. The kit includes everything you need with easy-to-follow instructions. Once collected, you ship it back using the included prepaid label for DNA methylation analysis.
How long until I get results?
Results are typically available within 3-4 weeks after your sample arrives at our lab. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready to view in your secure online portal. Priority processing is available with our Complete Panel package.
Can I reduce my biological age?
Yes — and that's what makes epigenetic testing fundamentally different from genetic testing. Your DNA sequence is fixed, but your epigenetic patterns respond to how you live. Published research shows that changes in diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and targeted interventions can measurably reduce biological age. Our platform helps you identify which changes have the strongest evidence and track whether they're working for you.
Can I use my existing epigenetic test data?
Yes! If you've already had a methylation array test from TruDiagnostic, Elysium, or another provider that uses Illumina arrays, you can upload your raw IDAT files for a free GrimAge compatibility evaluation. No new test needed — just request your data files from your provider and upload them here.
